Change of Mind
We accept returns for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
• The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
• The product is in resalable condition
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee may apply
where applicable.

Faulty or Damaged Products
If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with
details and photos.
We will assess the issue and, where required, arrange repair, replacement, or refund in
accordance with your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please do not install or use a damaged product, as this may affect your eligibility for a
remedy.

Return Process
1. Contact us with your order details and reason for return
2. Receive return approval and instructions
3. Return the item as directed (unapproved returns may not be accepted)
4. Item is inspected upon arrival
5. Outcome confirmed (repair, replacement, or refund)

Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has
been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return (unless faulty under the Consumer
Guarantees Act):
• Installed or used gas appliances
• Sanitary or hygiene-related products, including toilets, macerators, and similar
wastewater or waste-handling equipment once opened or installed
• Items damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or unauthorised modification
• Clearance or special-order items (unless faulty)

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns
• We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
• For safety, hygiene, and compliance reasons, certain plumbing and gas-related
products cannot be resold once opened or installed
