Warranty Policy

All products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults occurring under normal use conditions in accordance with the product’s intended purpose and installation requirements.

What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Incorrect installation, including installation not carried out by a qualified or licensed
professional where required (e.g. gas appliances)
• Misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Accidental damage or external impact
• Normal wear and tear or consumable parts

Warranty Claims Process
To lodge a warranty claim, please provide:
• Proof of purchase
• A description of the fault or issue
• Photos or videos clearly showing the problem (where applicable)
Once received, our team will assess the claim and, where appropriate, liaise with the manufacturer or supplier to determine the most suitable remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or other resolution.

Important Installation Requirements
Gas and certain plumbing appliances must be installed in accordance with all applicable New Zealand regulations and standards. Installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified professional where required. Failure to comply with installation requirements may void warranty coverage.

Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
